Dispatch

We post all items with the Royal Mail.  Parcels will be sent either 1st class large letter or 2nd class small parcel depending on the size and value.  Proof of postage receipts are kept for all parcels.

As everything is made to order, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your order. If you would like to know the current turnaround time please drop me a line at rachel@2littlelegs.co.uk

 

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a correct address.  2 Little legs cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses being provided.

Lost Parcels

In very occasional circumstances, royal mail may lose a parcel.  This can be very frustrating for everyone and we ask for your understand of this.  It is very rare this happens and if in the unlikely event this happens to you, we will endeavour to work with you to help locate it.  Royal mails policy states you must wait 21 days after the item has been posted for a parcel to be considered 'lost'. After this time your item/s will be remade, subject to stock and usual turnaround times.

In no circumstance will refunds be given for lost parcels.
