We want you to be confident that your personal data is kept safely and securely and to understand how we use it to offer you a better and more personalized shopping experience.

Information from using our website: When you visit our website, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, login, e-mail address; password, computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

How your information is stored?

2 Little Legs is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How we use your information?

Contract - your personal information is stored in order to fulfill a contractual arrangement e.g. in order to process and guarantee your 2 Little Legs Products

Communicating with you -

If you've made a purchase on our Website and have chosen not to opt out of our mailing list, or have subscribed to our mailing list, we may send you marketing communications in relation to 2 Little Legs products, communicate with you about your orders and inform you about our policies and terms. 

If you no longer wish to receive email communications for marketing purposes, please contact us to opt out.  We may use your information to process and respond to your requests when you contact us.

Legal Obligation – where there is statutory or other legal requirement to share the information e.g. when we have to share your information for law enforcement  and accounting purposes.

Who we share your information with and why?

Delivery Partners: In order for you to receive your goods, your order will pass through delivery partners, e.g. the Royal Mail. Only limited information is supplied to them in order to ensure delivery of your items.

How long we retain your personal data?

When you shop with us we keep  a record of your transaction history for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill contractual obligations and legal or audit purposes.  If you haven't shopped with us again within 6 years we will delete your information from our systems.

When you join our mailing list we will keep your details for as long as you remain on our mailing list. Of course you can request us to remove your data at any time, just email rachel@2littlelegs.co.uk.

Your rights -

You have the right to request what personal information we hold for you, request rectification of any details or complete deletion of all personal data.

You can choose to receive news, offers and general marketing information from 2 Little Legs or opt out of receiving such information at any time. You can also restrict or object to the processing of any of your data.
